If your location has more than two steps leading into it, please let us know at the time of rental (We cannot deliver to most areas with over 2 steps unless help is provided, so please call to discuss the actual area.) Most of our machines are VERY heavy. Sorry, no delivery to areas that have a flight of stairs or more unless there is an elevator or ramp of some sort (i.e. no multi floor apartment deliveries).
Margaritas Pronto does not sell or provide any alcohol or alcoholic drinks for any events. The use of alcohol in our machines per rental agreement is the sole responsibility of the customer. If alcohol is used in our machines, the customer takes full liability to use sound judgment with his/her quest to prevent underage consumption and unsafe driving.
Never freeze water, diet drinks or anything not made for the frozen drink machine.
Gratuities for the delivery driver are not required, but they are greatly appreciated.
